1. Vegetable Broth
This simple vegetable broth is made with two full bags of pulp (equal to 40 ounces of vegetable-based juice) that is cooked with water, olive oil, salt, and herbs for about two-and-a-half hours. Strain the pulp and enjoy!

2. Guacamole
Add fiber and flavor to a zesty guacamole with this recipe. After removing the bigger chunks from a half-cup of juice pulp, add a whole avocado, some garlic, and a tomato, and mush it all up. The cool thing about this recipe is your pulp can be from fruits or vegetables, depending on the flavor of guac you’re going for.

4. Flavored Cream Cheeses
Juicer pulp adds flavor and color to cream cheese spreads. In this recipe, you mix juice pulp with organic cream cheese, and whip it with your mixer. Adding a bit of salt and dill goes nicely in a veggie mix, and a teaspoon of raw honey compliments the fruiter flavors.

6. Beet-Bean Burger
Dan Barber famously transformed beet juice pulp into a veggie burger to rule them all.  Spread your beet and carrot pulp evenly on separate baking trays, and roast until the pulp is dry and slightly brown. Next roast mushrooms, kidney beans, and tofu, and then pulse your ingredients in a food processor so you can pack them into burgers.
